Chocolate sponge layered with fluffly chocolate buttercream (liqueur and fruit can also be layered between the sponge to create a luscious dessert cake)

Lemon Madeira layered with lemon curd and zesty lemon buttercream

Orange Madeira layered with fresh orange zest infused buttercream

Lemon and Poppyseed sponge layered with lemon curd and zesty lemon buttercream

Orange and Poppyseed sponge layered with fresh orange zest flavoured butter cream

Carrot cake layered with fresh orange zest infused butter cream

Almond Madeira layered with fluffy buttercream

Coffee sponge layered with fluffy coffee infused buttercream

It is very popular now to have different flavours on each layer, allowing guests a better selection.

I package all cakes in strong food grade boxes so most transport with great ease.

Stacked cakes will be in one box. Cakes that require pillars or separate stands, will be individually packed and clear instructions will be given on how to assemble.

If you would like the hassle taken out of collecting and setting up yourself, I’m more than happy to personally deliver and set up on a table already prepared by the venue. Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of my address, thereafter a charge of £1 per mile will be applied. Nationwide delivery can be quoted on application.

I require a £50, non-refundable deposit to secure a booking, the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Orders placed at short notice require full payment on booking.

These prices are only given as a guide – price will vary depending on the extent of the decoration, size and type of cake.

A selection of cakes stands & knives are available for hire. A deposit is required and there is a hire charge. The hired items must be returned by the following Monday by appointment and the deposit will be returned to you.
